I have practiced as a Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist for 9 years. I also supervise other therapists. Originally from the North of England and after living and working in London for 12 years in HR Management for blue chip organisations and investment banks, I now support clients based in Essex, and also internationally.

Research & Development
Unlike most Therapists, I monitor the progress of my therapy programmes to ensure I continue to provide the best possible interventions and success. In addition, I regularly attend development courses to ensure my skills and knowledge remain up to date with advances in Neuroscience and Psychology. Finally, I am pleased to be able to contribute to the ongoing development of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy as a profession by being a member of the national Clinical Outcomes Research Programme.
